We identify and verify all users on the platform in order to protect you and your equine from fraudlent activity
ID & Biometric Verification
All of our users have to verify themselves in order to use the system. Owners need to verify their identity using national ID documents such as driving licence or passport.
We also biometrically verify vets and owners using advanced facial scanning, which compares their facial biometrics to the photo on the ID.
Vets also need to verify that they are currently allowed to practice. We work with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) to the verify that they are a registered member.
We do this because we want to make sure that no equine is stolen and we limit the amount of fraud which sadly currently effects equines around the world.
